Dear Aaron,
I want to tell you how much I love you. I am so glad that you came back to see Grandpa before he died. I know it made him very happy. He loved spending time with you kids. He loved playing games with you. I don't think it mattered to him what you did together as long as you spent time together. He loved being with his family.
I want you kids to have videos of me telling you I love you as well as letters from me. I will post these but I will write out some too so you will have some that you could touch. I like to find things with mother's handwriting. I am putting most of these online so you won't have clutter but you will have a record of them. I will also scan a few that I write out long hand that way if they would get lost you would have record too. I am planning on doing that at least. I will try to work around my ADD and get this done but it may take some time and I am not sure of the quality of these letters but I hope you like them. They will become more precious as time goes by. (at least that is what I find to be the case since my mother and now father are in heaven) My granny has been gone since I was 16 and I wish I could find some of the birthday cards that she sent to me or anything with her writing. I loved my granny so much (like you with your "little" grandma) I was the oldest grandchild too. Not that she loved me more than the others but it was a little different. We love our kids/grandkids equally but you love them each a little different. I am not sure if that makes sense or not. You are my first born, I love you; Amber is my only girl, I love her; and Jordan well he is the baby, I love him too. I have went through different situations with each of you which makes you all different and special.
